Jenna Baltes is a young and talented hair designer; her five years outstanding service in the industry is reflected in her skill and technique. Jenna considers hair to be her canvas and enjoys everything from cuts, trims, color to adding extensions. A former instructor at the world renowned Paul Mitchell the School San Diego is now expanding her love of Hair Design and Creation into the world of fashion and editorial styling work.
